Surveys helps organizations learn
about their customers and employees, allowing
them to do a better job in serving both.
Besides compiling
data, we can help both private and public
organizations develop solutions to take
advantage of the information collected to
strengthen their relationships and improve
results — whether that be retaining customers
or key talent.
We also create surveys
that measure public opinion in the area
of politics, media, and various issues of
wide interest.

What issues concern the public most? How
do voters feel about a candidate’s positions?
Who are they likely to vote for? We can
develop a survey to help office seekers
learn critical information that can help
them get elected. Then, once in office,
we can also help keep them in touch with
the pulse of public opinion and to better
serve the people of Guam.

We are developing a unique group of surveys
for this category, very different from what
has been attempted before. Stay tuned.

Our first survey that deals with topical
issues is Faith at Work,
an invitation-only project that asks organizational
managers how they deal with the complex
matter of employees introducing their personal
religious beliefs in the workplace. Some
results of this survey will be published
in an upcoming issue of Directions magazine.
